Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-20
These terms govern your use of the Tayba mobile application and this website. By using Tayba, you agree to them.
1) The service
Tayba is a free mobile application offering prayer times, the Quran, Qibla direction, Azkar, the Hijri calendar and related worship tools.
Religious times and content (prayer times, Qibla, calendar) are provided for convenience and computed using established methods. They may vary with your settings and local conventions, and should be verified against your local authorities when precision matters.
2) No account, your responsibility
Tayba works without an account. You are responsible for your device, its settings and the permissions you grant (such as location, notifications and alarms).
3) Acceptable use
You agree to use Tayba lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the application other than as permitted by applicable law.
The app, its design, text and assets are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
4) Third-party services
Tayba is distributed through Google Play and may rely on third-party or platform services (store, text-to-speech engine, network provider, email client). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
5) Disclaimer of warranties
Tayba is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that computed times and content are free of inaccuracies.
6) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the maker of Tayba is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the application.
7) Changes
These terms may be updated. The most recent version is shown here, with the date above.
